Through the Visa Card Benefit Services Center, Visa provides emergency services 24 hours a day to Visa cardholders worldwide. Cardholders can call the network of collect-call telephone numbers and request emergency services related to their Visa cards.
The emergency card replacement service provides the cardholder with an emergency Visa card replacement while the cardholder is at their home country or traveling abroad1.
