Through the Visa Customer Service Center, Visa provides emergency services 24 hours a day to Visa cardholders worldwide. Cardholders can call the network of collect-call telephone numbers and request emergency services related to their Visa cards.
The emergency cash disbursement service provides you with cash if your card is lost or stolen, while the cardholder is at their home country or traveling abroad1.
